All about the Navasartian Games

- An olympic-style event for Armenian-American athletes organized by Homenetmen Western USA
- 20 chapters from all over Western USA come to participate in various sports
- Teams and individuals have the opportunity to earn medals and trophies
- U7 and U8 divisions receive participation medals
- Festival at the main venue to enjoy food, drinks, booths, and entertainment
- Victory Parade takes place on Saturday where athletes, scouts, and members march with their chapter

Location & Dates for 2026

- Historically the Navasartian Games are always during July 4th weekend
- This year the games will take place: July 2-5th, 2026
- Games will begin on July 2nd
- Plan to stay until the evening of July 5th - GAMES WILL STILL TAKE PLACE ON SUNDAY NIGHT!
- Schedules will be officially announced 1-2 weeks before the games (Subject to change)
- Main Venue of Games and Festival: Birmingham High School - 17000 Haynes Street, Van Nuys
- Games can also take place at other venues in the surrounding area
- The actual day of the individual sports is TBD, but will be the same weekend

Tennis - U8/U9 Divisions and up
Chess - U8 Divisions and up

- Athletes can participate in more than one sport. If there is a scheduling conflict, we will do our best to let the tournament organizers know, or the athlete can work with their coach to see which sport they should participate in
- Navasartian t-shirt/jersey will be provided for athletes
- Must be at least 6 years old to participate

Tournament Fee

Thanks to this year's fundraising efforts, Homenetmen Ani will be subsidizing a portion of the tournament fees for our athletes. The exact amount will be determined once it is clear how many athletes and teams will be participating this year.

- Navasartian registration deadline is April 19th
- Submit the registration form below to sign-up for the games

-Participation of a team sport is not guaranteed until we ensure there are enough athletes signed up to participate in that division. That is why it is crucial for all families to participate!
